About the role
We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Singapore outlet. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring food quality, and maintaining strict hygiene standards while supporting menu development.
Key responsibilities
- Order supplies and stock inventory appropriately.
- Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
- Assist in the preparation and design of food and drinks menus.
- Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
- Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut food ingredients.
- Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of problematic situations.
Required profile
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
- Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, and extra hours or weekends as needed.
