About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Chef / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, drive culinary innovation and maintain the highest standards of food quality, efficiency and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen management, shift scheduling and staff coordination to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Conceptualize, refine and standardize authentic recipes, daily specials and menu offerings for consistent culinary quality and presentation.
Manage inventory, food costing, procurement and waste reduction to achieve gross margin targets.
Enforce and audit compliance with Singapore Food Agency food safety, sanitation and kitchen safety standards.
Partner with suppliers to source high‑quality, fresh produce and negotiate competitive pricing.
