Field Marketing Specialist (Graduate Programme)

About the role

Thunes is looking for a highly motivated Field Marketing Specialist to join its Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP). This 18‑month graduate role offers rotations across functions, overseas assignments, and direct mentorship from senior leaders, providing a fast‑track into global fintech marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and lead generation across digital, email, community, and event channels, tracking performance against growth KPIs.
• Plan, execute and analyse events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer gatherings, managing budgets, logistics and vendor relationships.
• Adapt global marketing campaigns for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory compliance and optimal messaging.
• Collaborate with local and global partners to create co‑branded content, promotions and joint events, measuring impact and reporting results.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or professional with less than three years of experience.
• Strong interest in technology‑driven disruption of the financial system.
• Proactive, hands‑on team player eager to work with culturally diverse colleagues.
• Willingness to relocate for overseas stints and to engage in cross‑functional rotations.
