Finance Business Partner – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing AI technology startup in Singapore. This green‑field position offers the chance to shape the finance function from the ground up while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the selection and implementation of new finance and procurement systems.
• Re‑engineer the end‑to‑end finance cycle, identifying inefficiencies and building scalable processes.
• Manage the relationship with the outsourced finance partner to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Provide strategic insights to the VP Finance and business leaders, influencing company strategy beyond reporting.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who is comfortable getting hands‑dirty with coding, modeling, or manual reconciliation.
• Proven experience implementing finance systems such as ERP, procurement, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex finance data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing outsourced finance teams is a plus.
• Enjoys building processes and thrives in an autonomous, high‑impact environment.
