Finance Manager – Business Partnering

About the role

Atome Financial is seeking a Finance Manager to lead Business Partnering activities across product assessments and finance‑driven system initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of accounting, tax, operational finance and technology, supporting both new product launches and ongoing finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Finance in New and Amended Product Assessments (NAPAs), collaborating with product, tech, legal, compliance, risk and PMO teams.
• Identify and document accounting treatments, tax implications and operational requirements for each assessment.
• Design end‑to‑end financial structures for new products and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor the NAPA pipeline, flagging readiness gaps and coordinating remediation.
• Support Finance Reporting, Operations, Tax and Strategic Finance with system and reporting requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for engineers and product managers.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance, accounting and tax, preferably within fintech or digital services.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, technology and risk teams.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering structured, high‑quality outputs.
