Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function end‑to‑end across all group entities. This is a hands‑on position where you will work directly with the books, reconciliations and regulatory submissions while acting as a true business partner to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and annual close for all entities, maintaining accurate general ledger, inter‑company positions, FX translation, revenue recognition and accruals.
• Own daily and monthly merchant reconciliation, settlement, payable positions and root‑cause any breaks in collaboration with Engineering and Operations.
• Manage safeguarding of funds under the MAS Payment Services Act, including daily computation, segregation, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate the annual statutory audit for each subsidiary, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and ensuring timely delivery of signed accounts.
• Develop and maintain detailed unit‑economics models, providing insights on revenue per merchant, take‑rate, cost to serve and gross margin to support pricing, budgeting and fundraising decisions.
• Negotiate commercial terms with acquirers, banks, processors, auditors and other vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full finance cycle, including month‑end close and statutory audit.
• Hands‑on expertise in merchant reconciliation and payment‑services regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading a small finance team and partnering directly with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
