Finance Manager – Regional Treasury & Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead core finance functions for multiple entities across Vietnam and the Philippines, while overseeing regional treasury and payroll operations throughout Asia. Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance (Asia), you will act as a key business partner to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and validate regular closing cycles for allocated entities, ensuring accurate financial results.
• Manage entity‑level corporate tax matters and statutory regulatory filings.
• Partner with department leads on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Serve as primary liaison for auditors and contribute to ad‑hoc finance projects.
• Oversee liquidity, cash flow, multi‑currency exposure and enforce treasury policies.
• Manage end‑to‑end multi‑entity payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local tax and contribution requirements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts for multiple legal entities in a multi‑currency environment.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end payroll workflows and Asian labor tax regulations.
