Financial Controller – Hospitality Group

About the role

We are seeking a senior Financial Controller to lead finance functions for a fast‑growing hospitality group operating across Singapore and international markets. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as a strategic finance leader, driving performance, governance and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash‑flow management.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights, profitability analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
• Oversee annual budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
• Manage group consolidation, financial governance, statutory compliance, tax matters and external audits for local and overseas operations.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance processes and reporting frameworks while delivering meaningful financial information to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a lean finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in multi‑entity environments.
• Proven track record in group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, retail or consumer‑facing industries is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience working with outsourced finance functions and driving process improvements is advantageous.
