Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our SEAO finance team. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and provides actionable insights that drive business decisions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and consolidate monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Prepare and distribute corporate financial submissions, operational and management reports (monthly and ad‑hoc).
• Support annual budget planning, monthly forecasting and long‑range planning, consolidating inputs from business units.
• Track actual spending against budget, monitor regional operating expenses and perform variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Partner with business units to monitor cost performance and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting efficiency.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities and ad‑hoc data extraction, reconciliation and analysis.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, analysis or FP&A.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate starters preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Google Looker.
