Front Desk Executive

About the role

The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, responsible for delivering a memorable and seamless experience throughout their stay. This role combines guest interaction, operational support, and local area knowledge to ensure every transaction feels part of a unique hospitality journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle reservations.
• Address guest requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Process operational needs, complete daily reports, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing ≤10 lb.
• Strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
