Global Account Manager

About the role

Singtel is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders across its worldwide enterprise portfolio. You will act as the primary contact for global clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of AI, 5G+, cloud, cybersecurity and other digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in global accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including upselling and cross‑selling of Singtel’s technology solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to deliver a cohesive account strategy.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations with global clients.
• Monitor account performance, proactively addressing any risks to client satisfaction.
• Achieve financial KPIs and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with at least 5 years of sales, account management or business development experience, preferably in a global context.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise‑level accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑starter with a sales‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICT and telecommunications concepts.
