Global Partnerships Manager

About the role

Gate, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is expanding its Global Partnerships team to cover asset listings, TradFi, and Web3 products. This role is designed for an early‑career professional who wants to own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing to deal execution, while working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify partnership opportunities across asset listings, TradFi, and Web3 solutions.
• Conduct first‑touch outreach and lead early‑stage conversations with prospective partners.
• Support live deals through due diligence, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiation.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with existing partners to keep relationships active.
• Prepare partner research, deal materials, and internal updates for senior management.
• Coordinate with product, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and marketing teams to move deals forward.
• Track pipeline status and ensure no opportunity goes cold.
• Represent Gate at industry events and partner meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, fintech, financial services, digital assets, or Web3.
• Native‑level English communication; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong interest and working knowledge of crypto and Web3 ecosystems.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and self‑directed pipeline management in a remote setting.
