GP Sales Representative

About the role

Wellesta Holdings is seeking an experienced GP Sales Representative to promote its nutraceutical and healthcare products to General Practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building long‑term relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to GPs, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with GPs and clinic staff.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Execute territory plans, identify new business opportunities, and ensure optimal call coverage.
• Organise and participate in product presentations and clinic activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical or GP sales representative.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a GP channel.
• Strong network with General Practitioners and clinics (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (if required for territory coverage).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
