Customer Relations Specialist (Sales & Enrolment)

About the role

This frontline commercial and brand ambassador role owns the parent journey from first enquiry through enrolment and beyond. You will drive centre performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting visit and enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, walk‑ins and digital enquiries.
• Conduct professional centre tours and clearly communicate curriculum, teaching approach and child outcomes.
• Handle objections with confidence and empathy, and take full ownership of closing enrolments.
• Provide a premium, personalised experience for every parent interaction and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Achieve and exceed targets for lead‑to‑visit conversion, visit show‑up rates and enrolments.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confident presenter able to influence and close sales.
• Customer‑centric, trust‑building and sales‑driven attitude.
• Professional, well‑groomed and articulate appearance.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple leads.
• Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in early childhood sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Willingness to work weekends as required and travel between centres.
