Graduate Engineer – Analog/RF Design

About the role

Join MediaTek's Radio System Solutions Division as a graduate engineer focused on analog and RF integrated circuit design. You will contribute to the creation of cutting‑edge RF/Analog/Mixed‑signal IP blocks for wireless communication products.

Key responsibilities

• Design RF, analog, and mixed‑signal IC circuit blocks and IPs according to performance, area, and power specifications.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to perform IC layout, floor planning, and performance‑aware placement.
• Test and debug IC prototypes alongside system verification engineers.
• Support the transition of designs to mass‑production readiness.
• Provide ongoing field support, troubleshoot customer issues, and handle IC rejects.
• Document design decisions, performance results, and verification outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a focus on IC design.
• Exposure to RF or analog design through final‑year projects or internships is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and undergo on‑the‑job training.
