Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our in‑house AI team. You will work on cutting‑edge Machine Learning projects focused on Natural Language Processing, helping to design, implement and deploy deep‑learning models for real‑world problems such as semantic search and generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop deep‑learning models for NLP tasks, including semantic search and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build foundation models using proprietary data.
• Set up and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, testing and deployment.
• Explore and prototype generative AI solutions such as agentic AI and RAG.
• Address data‑science and engineering challenges that arise during project development.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong motivation to learn new technologies and apply them to complex problems.
• Some practical experience with software development or data‑science projects is a plus.
