Head / Lead, Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to head the enterprise‑wide cybersecurity function. The role supports digital transformation initiatives while ensuring the resilience, security, and compliance of ICT systems and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards and work plans aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Provide leadership for cloud adoption security across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, including containers, micro‑services and serverless architectures.
• Lead threat‑based risk assessments, risk treatment, monitoring and reporting across the enterprise.
• Oversee security incident response, digital investigations and cyber‑resilience activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or ICT security management, including leadership responsibilities.
• CISSP certification.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Security‑by‑design principles and secure solution architecture reviews.
• DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud security for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments.
• Experience with cloud‑native technologies such as containers, micro‑services and serverless.
• Enterprise cybersecurity governance, security architecture and operational security.
• Risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment planning.
• Security incident response, digital investigations and cyber‑resilience.
• Knowledge of malware, ransomware, data leakage protection, compliance and secure configuration management.
