Housekeeping Runner

About the role

Join Marriott’s Guest Environment team as a Housekeeping Runner, providing prompt in‑room support to enhance guest satisfaction. You will be the link between guests and the hotel’s services, ensuring requested items are delivered quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Place requested items such as roll‑away beds, refrigerators, cribs, and extra linens in guest rooms.
• Deliver towels, bathrobes, toiletries (toothpaste, razors, shampoo) and other guest amenities.
• Handle and deliver messages, mail, packages, flowers and gift items to rooms.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protect guest privacy.
