About the role
Do you have a passion to care for infants and take pride in their learning journey? As an Infant Care Teacher at Small Wonder Preschool in Queenstown, you will be supported by programme specialists and a dedicated support team while focusing on your class.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for infant development, including creating learning materials and innovative initiatives.
- Build collaborative relationships with centre staff, families, and the community, and manage family and community programmes.
- Conduct routine caregiving, continuously seeking improvements to deliver high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years, or other relevant qualification.
- EY1 certification, good interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
