IT Project Manager – HR Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of HR and talent management systems. You will work closely with business owners, users, internal teams and external vendors to design, deliver and continuously improve digital solutions that enhance employee experience and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and roll out new features and enhancements for enterprise talent management platforms.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives based on user feedback, analytics and evolving business needs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Allocate resources effectively and act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, cybersecurity specialists and other technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor daily operations of IT solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability and timely incident resolution.
• Manage scope changes, maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end systems development and maintenance.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive, self‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Understanding of system integration, testing and software deployment processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise‑level HR or talent management systems.
