IT Support Analyst – L1/L2 End‑User Support

About the role

Avensys, a global IT professional services firm headquartered in Singapore, is looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 end‑user support for its Singapore office. The role includes maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and handling user onboarding and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1–L2 end‑user support for users at the Singapore office.
• Support the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, meeting‑room equipment, networks, and other IT‑related issues.
• Manage user onboarding and off‑boarding, covering account provisioning and equipment allocation.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory with accurate records and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support IT operations improvement initiatives and various IT projects.
• Ensure timely resolution of end‑user issues while upholding high service quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, or end‑user computing.
• Hands‑on experience delivering L1/L2 support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for PCs, mobile devices, meeting‑room equipment, and networks.
• Effective incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication abilities.
