IT Systems Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead the administration and optimisation of our Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves ensuring system health, security, and availability while supporting a growing IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance monitoring, and health checks.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and handle user provisioning and identity lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce Microsoft 365 security policies, conditional access, and identity protection.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, troubleshoot server, application, and authentication issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.
• Guide and support the IT team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead or manage an IT team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Fluent Mandarin for communication with retail staff.
