IT Technology Operations – Warehouse Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technology Operations professional to provide hands‑on support for warehouse operational technology and on‑site IT environments in Singapore. You will ensure the smooth functioning of devices, networks and systems that keep our logistics operations running.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for PDA, RDT, RF devices, barcode scanners, label printers, workstations and other IT peripherals.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams and end‑user computing platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi‑Fi, network connectivity issues, including switches, wireless controllers, firewalls and local servers.
• Maintain Warehouse Management Systems, Active Directory and related automation technologies.
• Manage incidents, problems and change requests in line with SLA/OLA requirements.
• Update CMDB, handle IT asset lifecycle, inventory control and preventive maintenance.
• Apply basic OT cybersecurity practices, access control and vulnerability remediation.
• Interpret network diagrams and technical schematics, and create simple automations or reports using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing or distribution IT environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a live warehouse setting, with on‑call availability for critical incidents.
• Willingness to travel between supported locations.
