Key Account Client Solutions Manager – 3C & Retail

About the role

The Client Solutions Team at TikTok is looking for a Key Account Client Solutions Manager to drive consultative sales and product adoption for 3C and retail brands in Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor, linking clients' marketing objectives to TikTok's solutions while collaborating across product, vertical, and market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with brands and agencies on product adoption, strategy, and optimization to meet business goals.
• Stay current on product updates, market trends, vertical movements, and competitor activity to provide holistic recommendations.
• Design and execute Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions such as BLS, CLS, and Ad Effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs, and TikTok Shop where relevant.
• Develop narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and up‑skill clients.
• Manage post‑sale relationships, oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to align always‑on content and performance objectives.
• Analyze data, present insights, and produce post‑campaign reports or account audits.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure sustained account growth and revenue attainment.

Required profile

• Excellent analytical and communication skills for data‑driven storytelling.
• Experience in account and campaign management within digital advertising or media.
