Communications & Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communications & Content Specialist to support a leading global bank in Singapore. The role involves creating and delivering strategic communication assets across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative communication deliverables such as memos, presentations, fact sheets, and multimedia content.
• Create engaging videos, digital graphics, and social media assets to convey key messages.
• Manage internal communication platforms, including intranet updates and newsletters.
• Support media relations through monitoring, analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate logistics and content for senior visits, town halls, and global campaign activations.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, maintain records, and support reporting obligations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in communications, content creation, public relations, or journalism within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional and social media landscapes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
