Communications Lead

About the role

The Communications Lead will own the user communications, business change and adoption layer of the EUX Transformation. You will design and execute the end‑to‑end user journey—from awareness to retention—ensuring smooth migration and sustained adoption across a globally distributed organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a programme communications plan aligned to the User Journey (Awareness, Consideration, Acquisition, Service, Retention).
• Author corporate communications, signage, demos, training collateral, IT Store content and town‑hall material.
• Coordinate with internal customer communications to align messaging, branding and cadence.
• Design and run user‑engagement forums, advocacy networks and persona‑led adoption campaigns.
• Measure adoption metrics (engagement, self‑service uptake, sentiment) and feed insights back into the plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business change, communications or adoption roles on technology transformation programmes.
• Proven success leading user communications for at least one large‑scale EUC or digital workplace transformation.
• Experience delivering in a regulated industry (financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy) with knowledge of change control, audit and compliance constraints.
• Comfortable working in a globally distributed team across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non‑technical audiences.
