Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth for Sony’s Consumer Electronics business. You will manage key sales channels, build strong dealer relationships, and collaborate with product marketing to deliver sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end key sales channels and act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Partner with product marketing and business partners to plan and execute channel marketing activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to build rapport with dealers and ensure proper shop‑front displays.
• Track sell‑through data to improve sales forecasting accuracy.
• Organise trade shows, in‑house promotions and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or key account management.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• AWS (cloud services) – preferred for data analysis and reporting.
