Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to win, develop and retain strategic retail and supermarket accounts. You will drive the adoption of our sustainable product solutions, guide partners through onboarding, and continuously seek ways to deepen the relationship and increase impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new account opportunities, pitch our eco‑friendly solutions and secure partnership agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to rollout for retail and supermarket chains.
• Onboard and train store contacts and senior stakeholders in a scalable manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and partner success teams to define success metrics and support partners in achieving their sustainability goals.
• Build performance reports, financial forecasts and commercial proposals, presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the Singapore Key Account strategy and help the team achieve aggressive sales growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of the retail/supermarket landscape and ability to leverage it for rapid sales growth.
• Excellent networking skills with established contacts in non‑food or food FMCG.
• Team‑player who can also challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Passion for reducing reliance on finite natural resources and harmful chemicals.
