Land Surveyor – Construction & BIM Coordination

About the role

The Land Surveyor will work closely with structural, architectural, MEP teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate setting‑out and topographical surveys across multiple construction projects. The role involves coordinating with registered surveyors, maintaining control points, and delivering precise survey data for design and as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate setting‑out activities with structural, architectural, MEP teams and subcontractors.
• Cross‑check dimensions from drawings against BIM models.
• Liaise with registered surveyors for pre‑computation plans, setting‑out, and as‑built surveys for TOP.
• Receive, acknowledge, and protect control points; conduct primary and secondary control point surveys periodically.
• Perform topographical, differential, and trigonometrical levelling as required.
• Provide grid/reference lines for each floor within one day of slab casting.
• Ensure all survey instruments are calibrated and meet precision specifications.
• Monitor verticality, soffit, and slab levels and report to engineers.
• Manage multiple project surveys simultaneously upon request.

Required profile

• Degree in surveying, engineering or equivalent; diploma holders with relevant experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of surveying technology and equipment.
• Understanding of construction survey accuracy and tolerances.
• Proven track record in land surveying.
• Independent, meticulous, highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
