Learning Delivery Manager – APAC (Underwriting)

About the role

The Learning Delivery Manager for APAC will empower Chubb underwriters by designing and delivering high‑quality training experiences. You will facilitate virtual sessions, in‑person workshops, and other learning initiatives across the region, ensuring participants acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for APAC learning needs and act as liaison for regional training initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and occasional in‑person workshops, adapting methods to diverse learning styles.
• Partner with the APAC Training & Development team, business leaders, and stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals.
• Consult with business units, provide expert guidance, and communicate local requirements to the Global Learning team.
• Prepare and deliver content, use assessments and feedback tools, and provide constructive coaching.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject‑matter experts, HR, and business units to refine training materials.
• Track participation, report outcomes, and use the CTX or other Learning Solution Management systems to monitor effectiveness.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training quality.

Required profile

• Professional and engaging presentation abilities.
• Deep technical expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance underwriting.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating technical information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player capable of working independently.
