Learning & Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Executive to join our team at Shangri‑La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. In this role you will support employee growth and ensure training programmes align with hotel standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate learning needs and training updates to stakeholders to secure alignment and engagement.
• Maintain accurate training records, tracking, filing and documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Provide training documentation for hotel audits, adhering to company policies and local authority guidelines.
• Assist HR activities that promote employee development and foster a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with external partners to deliver training initiatives and programmes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for learning and development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Strong communication and people‑management abilities to engage employees and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Enjoys interacting with diverse groups to encourage collaboration and learning.
