Human Resources Manager – South-East Asia & Australia

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full spectrum of HR activities across South‑East Asia and Australia, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with local regulations. This role will establish HR operational standards and drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition and retention, proposing recruitment channels and overseeing selection processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to equip new hires with essential company information.
• Implement compensation and benefits policies, support payroll, commissions, and incentives, and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Conduct employee induction, assess skill gaps, and design development actions in partnership with regional teams.
• Facilitate employee communication, resolve relations matters, and handle litigation in line with local employment legislation.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, cost analysis, and turnover, and maintain accurate personnel records.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Hands‑on experience in South‑East Asia and Australia markets, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
