Learning & Leadership Development Trainee

About the role

Konecranes is looking for a motivated Learning & Leadership Development Trainee to join its global Learning & Leadership Development team in Singapore. This six‑month, part‑time role offers hands‑on experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives that support employee growth and organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Share success stories, learning resources and best practices across the organisation.
• Prepare communication materials that promote learning opportunities and development programmes.
• Support planning, coordination and evaluation of global learning and leadership development programmes.
• Assist with administration of learning platforms and digital learning tools, and analyse participation data.
• Create and edit learning content, presentations, guides, videos and other digital resources.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to learning culture, coaching, mentoring and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organisational Development, Communications or a related field.
• Available to work 16 hours per week for a six‑month period in Singapore.
• Strong interest in learning, leadership, coaching and people development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical, organisational and independent‑working abilities.
• Digital mindset with curiosity about learning technologies and AI.
