Lift Project Executive – Installation

About the role

We are seeking a Lift Project Executive to lead lift installation projects for an estate management services company in Singapore. The role involves overseeing all project activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site teams and workforce, guaranteeing adherence to quality and safety requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within the approved budget, and according to contractual scope and specifications.
• Monitor and control project costs, taking full accountability for financial performance and profitability.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad‑hoc reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Lead project execution through effective planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering, or equivalent Project Management qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lift or elevator project management.
