Lounge Ambassador

About the role

The Lounge Ambassador is the face of Cathay Pacific’s premium lounge experience. Working closely with the Lounge Supervisor, you will ensure that Business Class passengers receive a thoughtful, progressive, and can‑do service throughout their time in the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lounge Supervisor in managing the lounge team and daily operations.
• Greet and engage Business Class guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver personalized assistance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, stock service counters, and ensure seating areas are comfortable and well‑maintained.
• Monitor food safety, health, and safety standards in line with company and legal requirements.
• Conduct lounge tours for VIPs, events, and stakeholders as required.
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of airline operations and lounge procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with high‑value guests.
• Flexibility to adapt to shift schedules and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
