Luxury Client Advisor – ION Orchard

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Prada at ION Orchard, you will deliver an extraordinary luxury experience to every guest, acting as the brand’s ambassador and guiding clients through the world of Prada. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales both in‑store and through our e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and place the client at the centre of every interaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, including Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture client data in the company CRM to personalise future engagements.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset, integrating digital tools with in‑store service.
• Handle client complaints in partnership with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Ensure compliance with operational, stock, security and cash procedures.
• Collaborate with back‑of‑house teams to keep the store organised and stocked.

Required profile

• Passion for human relations and luxury retail.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the company CRM and other digital sales tools.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to conduct virtual and in‑person client appointments.
