About the role
The Management Trainee (Culinary) will join our kitchen team to learn and support daily food preparation, quality control and kitchen operations across our islandwide outlets in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold dishes according to specifications and ensure presentation meets standards.
- Verify that all prepared food complies with quality and safety requirements.
- Handle kitchen equipment, appliances, supplies and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper storage of all food items in line with sanitation regulations.
- Assist the Chef with dishwashing duties and any additional tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
- Physically and mentally fit, with willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

- Competitive salary of SGD 2400‑2500 per month.
