Management Trainee – Human Resources (APAC)

About the role

Kick‑start your career with an 18‑month Management Trainee Programme in Human Resources for the APAC region. The programme combines on‑the‑job training, formal learning, mentoring and project‑based assignments to develop technical expertise, business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured learning journey within the HR department.
• Support HR projects and initiatives across the APAC region.
• Undertake cross‑functional assignments and travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic record and active extracurricular involvement.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on cross‑functional tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or other data‑analytics tools is a plus.
