Management Trainee – Regional Controller (APAC)

About the role

Join Sika’s 18‑month Management Trainee Programme and develop into a future finance leader for the APAC region. You will rotate through key finance functions, receive formal training and mentorship, and work on real projects that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all learning milestones and development activities throughout the programme.
• Participate actively in training sessions, workshops and cross‑functional assignments.
• Support regional finance tasks and controller activities under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Undertake travel and on‑site assignments as required by the programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong academic record and involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Good analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or other data‑analytics tools (advantageous).
• Familiarity with programming languages or digital platforms (advantageous).
