Manager I, Corporate Development & M&A

About the role

The Manager I, Corporate Development & M&A will help shape Quasar Medical’s long‑term strategic direction. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and M&A, you will support growth initiatives, identify market opportunities, and manage complex transaction workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including market research, target identification, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models for prospective targets and joint‑venture opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional due‑diligence teams and external advisors to assess risks and synergies.
• Assist in evaluating and structuring strategic alliances, commercial partnerships, and joint ventures aligned with global growth objectives.
• Lead the preparation of virtual data rooms, investment memoranda, and management presentations for external stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and private‑equity or strategic‑buyer movements in the medical‑device contract manufacturing space.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking (healthcare/MedTech preferred), private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
