Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support product quality, manufacturing yield, reliability improvement, and sustaining engineering for complex analytical instruments. The role combines deep electrical engineering knowledge with practical troubleshooting across components, PCAs, modules, subsystems, and complete systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex electronic issues using schematic analysis and circuit‑level debugging across PCAs, modules, subsystems, and full instruments.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations on manufacturing, qualification, reliability, and field failures, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead technical investigations of recurring quality or reliability problems and propose long‑term improvements.
• Analyze quality, reliability, and manufacturing data to identify trends and implement yield‑enhancement initiatives.
• Evaluate and qualify component, material, supplier, process, and design changes; develop qualification plans and risk assessments.
• Support end‑of‑life component management and product change notifications, including alternative component qualification.
• Assist in new product introduction by assessing manufacturability, testability, reliability, and production readiness of prototypes and pre‑production builds.

Required profile

• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with hands‑on experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies at component, PCA, module, subsystem, and system levels.
• Proficiency in schematic interpretation, circuit‑level debugging, and structured problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience performing root‑cause analysis, failure investigation, and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, MSAT, Quality, and Operations teams.
