Manufacturing Operator – Bag Printing & Filling

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Vantive, a leading vital organ therapy company. The role involves handling a range of tasks on the production line to ensure high‑quality output of medical‑grade products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment for bag printing, filling, pouching and sealing according to work orders.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record production data accurately and maintain up‑to‑date logs.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and maintain compliance.
• Perform 6S housekeeping activities to keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed process instructions and work orders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety standards.
