MSB Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to work on the MSB line at Micron Technology in Singapore. The role involves operating equipment, handling materials and ensuring smooth machine operation in a 12‑hour shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment and man multiple machines on the production line.
• Carry and load/unload materials for machine processing.
• Use computer‑based programs to perform daily duties and log machine data.
• Provide machine coverage during breaks and ensure accurate machine logging.
• Monitor equipment performance, report discrepancies promptly to the lead.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and testing AI‑enabled enhancements.
• Run equipment according to current process specifications and maintain quality of process and product.
• Organize workstations, maintain a 6S workplace, and suggest improvements for safety and quality.
• Complete required certifications, recertifications and participate in on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate clearly, provide feedback, and follow safety protocols, including hazard reporting and proper lifting techniques.

Required profile

• GCE N/O level or SPM equivalent with a pass in English language.
• Ability to understand, read and speak basic conversational English.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with a bi‑weekly rotation of day and night shifts.
• Location: MSB facility, 990 Bendemeer Road, Singapore.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with computer‑based applications for equipment operation and data logging.
