Senior/Principal SRAM Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Principal SRAM Design Engineer to join our R&D centre in Singapore. The role focuses on developing SRAM compilers, custom instance circuits and delivering high‑performance silicon IP for advanced CMOS technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SRAM compilers and custom instance circuits to meet specific power‑performance‑area (PPA) customization requirements.
• Perform transistor‑level circuit simulation and verification using EDA tools, analyzing functionality and performance to ensure designs satisfy requirements.
• Develop SRAM compiler tiling code.
• Conduct SRAM compiler characterization analysis and deliver complete design kits.
• Design SRAM Verilog functional models and perform thorough verification.

Required profile

• Master's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit Design, Electronic Information, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, device physics, and mastery of transistor‑level circuit design principles.
• Familiarity with EDA tools such as HSPICE, Spectre, Virtuoso, WaveView is preferred.
• Proficiency in Verilog language.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Perl, Python, TCL, Shell) is preferred.
