Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator supports BeeX’s Autonomous Underwater Vehicle services by handling permits, scheduling, stakeholder liaison and documentation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role requires initiative, urgency and the ability to influence without formal authority in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply for and coordinate permits with relevant authorities for all BeeX operations.
• Assist the Operations Manager in liaising with project teams, workboat suppliers, port authorities and subcontractors.
• Prepare and adjust operational schedules to ensure manpower availability.
• Arrange training, manage certifications and medical check‑ups for personnel.
• Update operational metrics, maintain fleet readiness records and support ISO audit documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Maritime, Business or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of maritime, oil & gas or offshore wind processes.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
