Logistics Assistant – Construction Operations

About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support construction projects across Singapore by managing site access, coordinating equipment deployment, and maintaining accurate logistics records. This role works closely with project teams, drivers, vendors and authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply for and manage Airport Passes and other site access permits for employees and project personnel.
• Coordinate deployment of tipper trucks, lorries, mobile cranes and TMA units according to operational needs.
• Arrange and monitor routine maintenance, servicing and inspection of telescopic, crawler and rough‑terrain cranes.
• Maintain logistics records, reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Liaise with project teams, drivers, operators, workshops, vendors and relevant authorities on equipment‑related matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Relevant experience in construction logistics, fleet coordination or heavy‑equipment operations.
• Good organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a construction/project environment with time‑sensitive requirements.

Required skills
