Operations Pharmacist – Ops Excellence (Singapore)

About the role

The Operations Pharmacist will combine day‑to‑day pharmacy management with data‑driven process improvement, digital transformation and automation. You will use analytics and technology to identify bottlenecks, solve operational challenges and enhance productivity, quality and service outcomes across the pharmacy function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, inventory, manpower deployment and problem‑solving.
• Analyse operational data to spot inefficiencies, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence projects to boost productivity, turnaround time and cost‑efficiency.
• Identify and implement digitisation and automation of manual pharmacy processes.
• Act as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting training, system adoption and contingency workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice status.
