Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, maintenance and security of goods and equipment within our Singapore warehouse. You will work closely with the manager to administer and improve logistics operations, ensuring customer requirements and company policies are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics arrangements with internal and external parties, handling queries, SOPs, complaints and claims.
• Lead, support and develop the warehouse team through problem‑solving, training and provision of tools and equipment.
• Participate proactively in the Business Excellence Programme.
• Manage logistical activities on a national scope, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in logistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations and operational development.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
