About the role

You will lead a small team of specialists supporting local market teams during periods of disruption or opportunity, ensuring logistics reliability, speed and customer satisfaction. The role involves extensive travel to markets facing strategic priority or significant challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team that provides temporary planning and hands‑on support to markets under pressure.
• Help markets achieve on‑time reliability, speed and customer‑satisfaction targets from a logistics perspective.
• Act as the regional expert and go‑to person for strategically important or challenged markets, implementing effective solutions.
• Travel extensively across the APAC region to address market‑specific issues.
