Paralegal (Conglomerate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the legal team of a leading conglomerate. The role involves supporting senior legal counsel on a variety of regulatory and competition matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on competition law, antitrust, and other regulatory topics.
• Prepare and consolidate findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in regulatory reviews, investigations and compliance projects.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Degree or diploma in Law or Legal Studies.
• Experience in regulatory work, preferably in antitrust or competition law.
• Strong analytical mindset and team player.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Understanding of competition and antitrust regulations.
• Ability to draft and consolidate legal documents.
